Fletcher was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Providence Service Corporation, a company he started in 1997 with a $50,000 investment that grew to a billion dollar a year national public company. He is widely known for remaining on the cutting edge of health care innovation and has been a health care CEO since 1976 with over 35 years of experience building and exiting innovative health care companies like Introspect Health, Youth Services International, Columbia and Providence.
Michael N. Deitch
Chief Financial Officer
Michael was the founding CFO at Providence and helped guide the company's impeccable financial record, Sarbanes Oxley, and SEC compliance. While at Providence he oversaw over 25 company acquisitions, 44 subsidiaries and an accounting staff of over 25 people. Prior to Providence, Michael worked for Glasrock Home Health Care, a publicly traded company in Atlanta, Georgia. He brings an exemplary level of sophistication and deep financial experience to the team.
Kevin Boesen PharmD
Kevin is the founder and CEO of SinfoníaRx. Prior to joining SinfoníaRx, Dr. Boesen founded the Medication Management Center (the predecessor of SinfoníaRx) while serving as a faculty member at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy. Dr. Boesen is a leader in the field of pharmacy and medication therapy management. He has served as the President of the Arizona Pharmacy Association and received numerous awards including the 2014 Arizona Pharmacy Association Pharmacist of the Year, 2014 University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Alumnus of the Year, 2013 American Pharmacists Association Foundation Pinnacle Award, the 2009 and 2006 Arizona Pharmacy Association Innovative Practice Awards, and 2009 Tucson's 40 under 40. In addition to his positions at SinfoníaRx and the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy, Dr. Boesen has also worked in a variety of pharmacy and management positions. His experience includes positions in hospital pharmacy, retail pharmacy, the pharmaceutical industry and the medical device industry. He also serves his community through a number of volunteer positions including his current positions as President of the Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton School Board and Manager of a Tucson Soccer Academy U11 soccer team.
Jeffrey L. Pochily
Chief Information Officer
Jeffrey joined Providence in 2003 and established the company's extensive information infrastructure. As Director of Network Operations he led the deployment of dozens of information systems, electronic medical records systems and supported 10,000 users across the US and Canada. Jeffrey has a Masters in Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
Christian Moher M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Christian J. Moher has joined Sinfonía as its Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Moher is a board certified family physician and a graduate of the University of Arizona Medical School. He has most recently been the Medical Director for CVS Minute Clinics and has been the team physician for the Tucson Padres. Dr. Moher is also an Assistant Professor at the UA College of Medicine. In addition to his corporate duties, Dr. Moher will supervise the medical component of the new Assurance Hospice. Assurance Healthcare, operating as a Sinfonía division, now provides a full menu of home based medical services to include: Hospice, Skilled Nursing, Companion Care, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and home delivered medical equipment.
Jo-Ann Prisco LMHC, LPC

Jo-Ann joined Providence in 1999 and was responsible for the start-up and growth of several of their subsidiaries in the South, including Family Preservation Services of Florida, which operates in both Florida and Louisiana. She will be responsible for introducing our services and unique continuum in eastern US markets. She brings experience of effective oversight in the evolution of the child welfare privatization initiatives in Florida and the development of the child welfare system of care in several regions throughout the state. She also started the first Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT) in the state of Louisiana for Providence, which is a service delivery model that provides comprehensive community based treatment to persons with severe and persistent mental illness. In recent years she became responsible for overseeing their Georgia Human Services operations, much of which included home and community based services to the Seriously Mentally Ill Adult population. Jo-Ann has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida (LMHC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Louisiana (LPC).
